Our client, a Middle East based Asset Management company, requested our support to make an investment decision in a cement company in Saudi Arabia (KSA) based on its current market price and the foreseeable upside. Our deliverable was a detailed valuation model, peer comparisons and an investment memorandum.
Methodology:

- Evaluating the cement industry on historical and projected parameters such as demand, supply, capacity utilization, government regulations on pricing and exports
