Creating information memorandum and helping raise money for an Entrepreneur
Our client, an experienced entrepreneur from the broadcasting industry in the United States, was seeking to raise finance for a broadcasting venture. Our role was to create a financial model to determine the viability of the project and write a detailed investment memorandum.
Methodology:
The project was executed by a team of two analysts and one associate, guided by a Vice President.
Process:
- Undertaking extensive due diligence on the industry and the business proposition with a focus on industry growth and competitive dynamics
- Determining a viable capital structure for the new venture
- Building a highly flexible and detailed financial model
- Engaging on client’s behalf with investors to discuss various aspects of the proposition
