Creating materials for a Private Equity Fund for the purpose of Capital raising
Our client, a Latin American private equity firm, requested us to prepare an initial fund raising presentation. Our deliverable was a detailed presentation, containing an overview of the macro economic scenario and an analysis of the key factors supporting the investment thesis of the fund.
Methodology:
The project was executed by a team of one analyst and one associate, guided by a Vice President.
Process:
- Understanding and analyzing, historic and current macro economics indicators of the region
- Benchmarking private equity fund raising in the region to emerging and mature markets
- Showcasing potential investment opportunities that supported the strategy of the fund
