The Strategy and Business Development Associate
The Role: The Strategy and Business Development Associate will be working directly with the MD of the firm and helping in executing long term strategy. The role requires one to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality as you would be privy to matters only known to the board. TresVista is currently evaluating several initiatives and the Business Development role will be integral to the formulation and execution of these plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help identify and grow a base of clients in the Indian and International markets in order to meet business objectives and sales targets.
- Initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.
- Idea generation, planning, execution, and management of the online and offline marketing and sales presence of the company
- Preparing Sales collaterals
- Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com
- Acting as a conduit between UK-based VP of Sales and the top management in India
- Following the trends, changes, competition, and other industry related factors
- Build a team of 2-3 people within 12-18 months
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing/ Finance
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of successful Business Development/Marketing experience
- Proven self-starter and entrepreneurial bend
- Result oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
- Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
