Abilash Jaikumar
Abilash Jaikumar is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of TresVista Financial Services. He has worked in both the investment banking and private equity industries and has been involved in more than $20 billion of financing and M&A activity.
Prior to co-founding TresVista, he was with Alta Communications, a private equity firm that manages over $1.5 billion focused on companies in the media and telecommunications sectors.
Previously, Abilash was a part of Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking Division in New York in both the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group as well as the Global Industries Group, where he worked on a number of advisory and financing transactions in a broad range of industries including airlines, homebuilders, building products, automotives, life sciences as well as several segments of technology and communications.
Abilash graduated with Honors from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A in Finance and Accounting and minors in Philosophy and Economics. He currently serves as the Chairman of Georgetown's Alumni Admissions Program in India.
Sudeep Mishra
Sudeep Mishra is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of TresVista Financial Services. His previous experiences include investment banking in the U.S. as well as senior management at a precision electronics company in India.
Prior to co-founding TresVista, Sudeep was the CFO and VP of Business Development at Globatronix (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd., which exports its products to the aerospace and military industries throughout the U.S. and Europe. In two years, he quickly grew the company, adding several hundred employees and integrating a number of new and profitable business lines.
Prior to this role, Sudeep worked on several M&A transactions at Alliant Partners in Palo Alto, California, an investment banking firm providing services to emerging growth companies in the technology space. Previously, he was with Merrill Lynch in their Investment Banking Division in New York, where he focused on Electronic Manufacturing Services and IT Enabled Services.
Sudeep graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance and a Minor in Economics.
Vishal Shah
Vishal Shah is a Senior Vice President at TresVista Financial Services. He has been with TresVista since its inception and is currently involved with managing operations and growing client relationships. He has worked across sectors and has vast experience in working with private equity and asset management firms, investment banks, and corporates.
Prior to joining TresVista, Vishal worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. (Mumbai Office) advising management teams on strategic decisions across a variety of industries including electric power and natural gas, information technology, and retail among others.
Vishal graduated with distinction in management studies from N.M. College and is a CFA charter holder.

Lukas Kolff
Lukas Kolff is the Managing Partner at Bowline Capital Partners, an investment and business advisory boutique based in London. Lukas currently serves on the boards of several businesses including Cellpoint, Global Shares, Imprima, and Joto Sake.
Previously, Lukas was a partner at Apollo assisting the firm to build its European private equity presence out of London and executing private equity, restructuring and debt for control transactions. He also served on the boards of various portfolio companies of Apollo.
Prior to that, Lukas worked at Ripplewood, where he executed private equity and restructurings in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Japan. Lukas has invested over €2.0 billion of equity and debt with 20%+ returns in over 12 years of investment experience in Telecom, Media, Technology, Real Estate, Financial Services and other industries in Europe, US and Asia. Prior to Ripplewood, Lukas worked at Morgan Stanley in London.
Joe Kawkabani
Joe Kawkabani is a Partner at Willow Impact Investors, a Dubai based investment firm. Joe currently serves on the advisory boards of several businesses including Full Circle Investments and Tamarisk Investments.
Joe was one of the Founding Partners and the Managing Director of Algebra Capital, a Middle East & North Africa (MENA) focused asset manager based in Dubai. After the acquisition of Algebra Capital by Franklin Templeton, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of MENA Equity investments.
Prior to founding Algebra Capital, Joe spent six years at SHUAA Capital rapidly rising to head the Equity Asset Management business. At SHUAA, he was directly responsible for managing close to $1.0 billion in regional equities over multiple funds and investment mandates for both regional and global financial institutions as well as family offices and high net worth individuals. Before joining SHUAA, he was an investment advisor at Arab Finance Corporation in Beirut.
