Induction Training
The TresVista Training program was created by the Founders themselves, taking reference from their own Wall Street experience. The induction Training program was conceptualized with the intent to ensure that all finance professionals in the Firm are provided with the tools necessary to excel. The training includes the following broad categories:

Induction Training is a 4 week long intensive program that starts off with explaining the basics of Accounting as its backbone and works its way into high-end finance to include modeling and valuation. Excel and PowerPoint training is also provided, including advanced techniques with regards to efficiency and formatting to make an end product professional in its appearance. Business Communication and Writing are covered to make new recruits, especially fresh graduates, cognizant of global cultural differences and importance of professional behavior at all times.
All employees have a 6 month probation period, with the Analysts having to go through clearing internal tests during this period. The emphasis on continuous training for Analysts in the first 6 months ensures that only individuals who are motivated and have developed a passion for finance are retained within the Firm. The probation tests for Analysts are carried out by the Associates, with teaching sessions carried out on a group as well as one-on-one basis – ensuring that the theory is absorbed from a real world perspective, backed with on the job examples and situations.
Continuous Training
With the constant developments and evolution in the markets, it is vital that finance professionals within the Firm continue to be abreast of the happenings in the financial space and retain their competitive edge. The training provides continuing education for the employee and is customized to recognize development of not just technical skills but also soft skills required at each level.
The provision of customized training programs activates a culture where knowledge and interest in the finance space is nurtured and cultivated, keeping employees motivated and clued into the Firm and its activities. Especially in the light of promote positions, training material is structured to educate and empower individuals to step up and handle the responsibilities associated with the designation. Almost all training modules are carried out in-house. External expertise is sought when required, especially when it relates to imparting of soft skills involving personal effectiveness. Leadership sessions are conducted annually to ensure commitment to the development of talent.
Feedback
At TresVista, we promote pro-activeness and appreciate feedback. At all levels, we encourage our team to actively seek, obtain, and provide feedback, enabling early identification of areas of development and improvement. Regular feedback fortifies our appraisal process and enables individuals to be in charge of their own progress and those of their peers as well as juniors. Reviews
All employees in the Firm have a mid-year and annual review. The mid-year review is a process that ensures employees are updated on their progress and that expectations for the next six months are set. The review process is a 360 degree process, which results in the fair evaluation of the individual.
