Privacy Protection

  • Discussion of specific client projects is limited to only Associates/Analysts assigned to the team
  • Management monitors each Associate’s client portfolio to prevent any conflicts of interest
  • Random code names utilized per clients’ requests

Compliance

  • Strict confidentiality, information security, and code of ethics policies enforced and
    adhered to
  • Communication and research activity continuously monitored by IT staff and senior management
  • Firewalled, restricted, and password-protected systems and folders in place
