Fixed Income Research

Fixed Income Research is the process of analyzing investments (debt instruments) for which real return rates or periodic income is received at regular intervals.

Activities included under Fixed Income Research cover, but are not limited to, the following:

• Public Securities Valuation: Valuation of the publicly traded bonds
• Credit Ratings: Assessing the credit worthiness of companies based upon the history of borrowing and repayment, as well as the availability of assets and extent of liabilities
• Covenant Monitoring: Scrutinizing the conditions placed on a company by its lenders and the fulfillment of those conditions
