TresVista celebrates International Women’s Day by hosting a variety of events for employees to
take part in, all surrounding this year’s theme of #EmbraceEquity. Organised and executed by
the firm’s WiT committee (Women in TresVista), the aim of the celebration was to bring the
women community together while simultaneously spreading awareness and taking collective
action to drive gender parity. The day was celebrated with enthusiasm, zeal and fanfare.
The event recognised TresVista’s women at work, their achievements and encouraged them to
pursue opportunities at all levels of the corporate ladder. Over 300+ women participants attended
the event. Further a talent show was structured where employees were asked to express their
ideas of embracing equity through recorded performances. Employees displayed great
enthusiasm through captivating performances of poetry, storytelling, dance, art, and elocution
carried out in full swing. The event was a fun-filled one with great memories made and a
souvenir to take home.
The day’s festivities concluded on a happy and united note with a grand cake cutting celebrating
all the women employees at TresVista.

individuals within those groups, have different obstacles keeping them from achieving their

the way of people’s ability to thrive.”
The firm also used the occasion of Women’s Day to initiate ‘Hygiene for All’, a firmwide
initiative to put together and contribute feminine hygiene kits, which was distributed to less
fortunate women and girls in Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
