To perform the maintenance and updates to the CRM database, the team processed 1,300+ new and existing resumes and conducted 180+ compensation mappings semi-annually. They executed mapping of ~990 candidates in less than a week to assist the client in their recruitment campaign. The TresVista Team also created a pool of candidates that the client directly uploaded to their database, enhancing time efficiency.
